If I was a main player I would wait for planned announcements to see if those spark punter buying lead by the larger nominee companies/ So if(as a big player) I tossed in a lot of money now angry GSR holders may have already decided to band together and vote the deal down, this is plausible as 25% of the poll votes against is all thats needed to kill it. Then I may be confronting a large sell off.
