Well this announcement comes out of left field, not a merger that anyone would have contemplated, but a very interesting move none-the-less.
I like left-field and lateral thinking, though it usually brings about some higher risk, but can also be a higher reward.
The idea of getting these mills quite cheaply, and repurposing them, or parts of them, is quite innovative thinking, and brave.
I have to give these guys a tick, and marks for guts and spirit, which is why I just grabbed a couple today at 4.8 cents as a small spec investment, in order to watch what happens here. It could get interesting.
