Its clearly a withholding of information to stick it to current holders and get someone in cheaper. Reeks that they have this information already to go and then send out the shit they dont need to give everyone the freak out that nothing is happening and then this which is actually quite good. Should be investigated by ASX but probably wont be as they are dodgey as this announcement timing
