OK strike but with gold prices in decline since the decision to recommission Horn was made ,how viable would this mine actually be? From things i've read it will be very difficult and expensive (basically starting from scratch ,minimal infrastructure ,no fresh process water ) not too mention it's a JV and then 7.5% goes to the Torres strait people ,it will surely need the pie in the sky upper estimates just to be worthwhile?
