May I offer some countering thoughts;
1. You seem to infer that having a free float of some 63% is a detriment to the performance. I see that as more positive than negative as it potentially provides the collective more power to influence the board - think of the converse situation for a minute - when the Board controls a majority of shares, individual investors are virtually powerless.

Wherein you asked me to offer guidance as to where the price would move next and I replied - a pull back was imminent. The next 4 days saw a pullback from 35 to 26.5?
Updating the chart now I can see either of 2 alternatives potentially playing out.
1. It could head north to resistance at 32.5 or,
2.It could retreat back to support at 27.5
