I think HW has a case here because DC sounds so "knowledgeable", so "expert" as if he knows all to be so sure Horse Well is not worth of drilling. He does not sound like a ramper but a "genuine geology expert" who is giving a very "knowledgeable" advice. I am almost thinking that the company might be very much regretting not hiring him as its technical adviser sothat they could avoid wasting time and money on these Olympic Domain projects.
