Short term catalysts for share price increase:

- trading of the company's securities on the OTCQB - just wait for some of the U.S. investors to enter the market. They love these penny stocks that are < USD 0.015. e.g. a 5 mill share order would cost them approx USD 60,000.

- Pernatty C drilling results from the 1st hole (PSDDH001) that was completed on 15 December should be reported within the next month.
The 2nd hole (PSDDH002) at Pernatty C is well underway. It seems that the backlog at the labs currently is not as bad as it was at the end of 2021.

- Next drilling campaign at Horse Well to be announced shortly.

- If the share price increases to above the 2c level , it would not surprise me to see the Company have the May 2022 options underwritten which would increase the Company's cash by approx another $ 3.2 mill after costs.

At these levels considering the risk/reward potential, this stock is a non-brainer.
