Management are very bullish of a great conversion result. They will also be part of this as they hold plenty themselves and know the real promise of what the next 6 months will bring.

Interesting post. Generally speaking, what sort of key indicators would you be keeping an eye out for? Sometimes companies can foreshadow deals by saying they are in "advanced discussions" with other parties, but outside of that, I thought it would be pretty hard to tell. Given they've been pretty gunshy regarding timelines for further drilling programs it does make you wonder that something could be brewing, but that's just pure speculation. A TO or something similar would definitely be preferable to a JV. At times, the market can be pretty savage on the junior that ships out its most valued asset.

I agree that the company would be hoping for a great conversion. They only have 2 quarters of cash left so it would time perfectly. Interesting times ahead.
