At this end of the market it's called "White Collar Crime" and they get away with it, how ironic that the AGM was held a week before the results were released.

The Board live a lavish lifestyle on our money and produce nothing on a continuous basis.

I'm currently living this rubbish also with MLM who have delivered zero, whilst admin and remuneration is burning $600k a quarter. However shareholders there have had a gut full and voted down several resolutions, such as Directors remuneration and appointments. With a shareholders action group standing up to have the board fully removed.

So the moral of my story is when it comes to voting at AGM's DON'T through it in the bin, use it to make your point and maybe then (maybe) they might work a little harder for your money knowing there $300k a year job is on the line.

I think Andy has run his course and it's time for him to move on to do what ever he is good at, certainly not geology.....
