I think any small holder capital raise will likely be inconsequential, with a maximum allocation of $15,000 or similar, but I agree that it is poor work from management to announce their intent to offer an SPP then do nothing about it for FOUR months.

There is no weather delay, or availability of machinery or crews. There is no reason for this delay at all, except management failing to do their job.
If I dawdled and dragged the chain like this at my workplace, I wouldn't be employed any more.

I have been a shareholder for many years, and have been largely supportive of management and strategy. But this delay is sloppy and unprofessional. I sometimes am amused at posts on here ripping into management for minor infractions, but sitting on their hands for months is making them look stupid. Especially so, when there has been a series of very good news results.
