I'm guessing the dilution gave them capital to expand, rather than going into dept and could be positive in the long term and make it more attractive to investors once the price starts to move upward. #Disclaimer - this is my first dip into the asx and atm only a small parcel I totally understand that people with larger bags and more invested would be more critical.
