Maybe, but CE would know this and him buying on market would instil confidence, raise the SP and potentially get a better 1st takeover offer, if Gelncore do in fact need us.
Could be to keep the price low to negotiate other land, but I'm sure "the king" would not be basing valuation of his land off what HCH is worth.
