I've looked at the Cortadera area on Google Earth quite-a-bit. Super interesting.
Check out how large that solar array (called Amanecer Solar) is in Atacama):

Just South of Cortadera.....
There are several large array telescopes in the area. Must be beautiful star filled nights there........
