Well said, but don't expect contrition, embarrassment or any other such emotions from directors of listed companies- they all have an excuse up their sleeve for everything that goes wrong and they certainly all know how to feather their own nests.
The only way to hold directors to account is to vote them out. There's no emotion expected or required. Just for them to do their job to best serve the interests of shareholders (old and new).
Seems many think HCH is turning into a lifestyle company. Pretty sure I heard CE state in latest Crux that they were aiming to continue to increase the Nth American focus so I guess people either need to accept $1.4 million gone annually or use their voting power.
