we were offered $100m for 30% of the copper project and 50% of the water. ($330m on a 100% basis)
why would we accept that? it materially undervalues us. if we had have taken that deal it would have taken us off the market for any other potential buyers who want 100% at a far greater value.
RXM deal has proven that we are, in theory worth worth more then $393m to a potential buyer.
