Obviously that 350-400 million offer spooked management. And at the time the outsiders from the top20 may of just held the balance of power in the voting if that offer was made public. And that would have been the end of managements careers at HCH? If the offer was made public I'm not 100% sure how I would've voted? I guess it would come down to what the sp had of done on the day? I think there would be a fairly large percentage that would take an offer like that?
