Please take a screenshot of the email and post it here as I'd love to see how the rejected offer was quietly promoted* given the woeful CR that followed shortly thereafter and what that's done to our SP since.
*At 120m SOI at the time I calculate that an offer of $100m for 30% of metal + 50% water valued HCH at ~AU$333m or ~AU$2.80 per share for the metal plus whatever value the water is, so lets say a total of between AU$3.00 - 3.50 per share. Meanwhile HCH now lags at 150m SOI with sub $1.00 SP, not such a brilliant strategy by management to not reject that offer formally by market announcement to generate some interest in the value of the company!
