But they WILL be needed, so with them all being in place so early we will be fully prepared to A - Build a mine or B - Offer a full package of shit loads of copper in ground, along with all the neccessary mining rights etc in place for a very rich buyer to take off our hands. The more we have in place the more of a premium we can demand i would suggest.
