in the ann, "Transfer of water assests from SMEA to Huasco Water has commenced"

Morning J, good start to the week! Have you heard of the specifics WRT the transfer of the HCH ownership to Huasco Water Co?
This is, if this has commenced, 'we' shareholders should also own the new company (well 80%), so my piont is, shall we expect another update soon on a new IPO listing? How will they value our ownership in this new company? or if not listed, how do we know what we own?
If it is an IPO, surely there will be some sort of 'raise' to fund the new research and development of this business case, and then it won't be a purden on HCH funds.
Just trying to get my head around 'my' / 'our' interest going forward.
