The difference is that as of last week closing SP's the current TO offer to RXM ensures that all RXM investors over the last 5 years will exit with some profit; whereas if HCH was offered a TO at double our current SP there would still be many investors in the red due to the massive volume of dilution we've all suffered over the last 5 years. The only people winning on HCH at present are the traders and/or those receiving gratuitous performance shares!
