That's why it has been set up as a separate entity and will more than likely be taken over / bought out / run by an experienced company that deals with water distribution. Hot Chili will obviously secure a "water-tight" contract for their own supply from the deal. This is a genuinely fantastic announcement/result for our company. How many other developers are in this same situation worldwide? Next to zero? I've never come across the saying 'more quality assets is bad for business'. Very happy to continue holding.
