Regarding the Port Agreement, if I recall correctly if you listen to NAB's last interview, she said they will confirm and sign the agreement once the company knows what capacity is required. As once you confirmed, you can't go back to the government and change it later ? So I guess they are currently still deciding what max capacity is required I guess?
