    There's 11 years of open pit mining before we get to the expense underground portion of the mining process. Also the asset valuation was very conservative IMO, which is also a good thing as commodity prices will be much much higher in another 15 years. You also have to consider that all the costs are forward looking, but the asset valuation is still conservative. The key points to this PFS is that the mine will generate plenty of free cashflow based on conservative commodity prices. LV will value add Water will value add. There's a hell of a lot to upack in that PFS and I'm still taking it all in, but I'm seeing good profitability and cashflow and a positive path to monetise the assets. I think HCH has done a good job, i would like to know why NAB and SQ resigned though?
