This is now trading in the 50's (at best) and there's NOTHING on the horizon that's going to re-rate this upwards.
No JV will happen with water at the stage it's at, desal, years away, negotiations who knows? LV, finance, permits... CR coming for sure!
superman reckons this is being manipulated, if so then they're going to keep their foot of the neck of HCH, there's no reason to stop.
