ApologIes, my brain may be too foggy, but what end-game are we looking at here? Merger with CAP/CEMIN? Why have they not been trying to do any of this directly without HCH? After all they are the incumbents with insider knowledge of the area. Wouldn’t we need tons more capital to drill out all these prospective targets?
