Thats not what is happening, it may in the future but HCH will hold all the shares and no in-specie for the time being.
They will need to keep 100% in house as that gives them flexibility to sell some of the company to fund the capex which is going to be high.
LONG term perhaps it spins out and lists... by that stage HCH wont be 100% owner i wouldnt think.
