There's not another forum like this one. Pied Piper Easterday seems to attract those flirting with Stockholm Syndrome or self flagellation at least. The Pied Piper cops a fair bit about his (perceived) lifestyle and from what I've seen of his presos and interviews I'd have to agree, perception is reality!
However, if we can tear ourselves away from CE's perceived million dollar lifestyle for a moment HCH are preserving cash until 'incentivisation' as in $5 copper drags them and others across the line, they're still exploring, they already have a huge economical deposit (to be confirmed of course), and now a water business, all this for $150mil mc... a fair bet
There are similarities between RXM and here in terms of time taken to get to where they are, which is very similar as both around 14 years and still a few years away from production.
