5 years is not unrealistic before the tap can drip, big timeline difference not relying on drills & assays and depends on how desperate and urgent the 3 mining clients are for financialy committing towards a desal, infrastructure and of course compensation the landholders enroute then it will attact a JV partner soon after the water PFS at year end.
