They would be mad to raise a cent more at these levels, they would have to offer shares to the public at the same price as GlenCore paid, so that's 4.2 cents . Not sure why we haven't resumed today, but gives time for the story to percolate around the world and should produce a bigger reaction tomorrow , which is what they are trying to achieve to get a better cost of capital.
