I found this on the Rethink Research website published 30 April 2015:
"APAC-focused Content-as-a-Service company TV2U told us that it was developing its own encoding service, to offer to operators as part of its video delivery platform. Currently using a mix of Elemental and Imagine, the new service is intended to get around some of the constraints brought about due to the patchy and expensive state of the Asian data center market. TV2U will also be bringing the TARA.TV service to the EU in the next 3 months, on the back of an imminent launch partnership with a set top vendor in Australia – as yet unnamed.
