Let's not forget, there is no hardware / software differentiations between the Max and every other HP laptop.
HP is focusing on the 'collaboration' aspect, which is applicable to the majority of HP laptops, if not all.
The Max bundle is merely a promotion based on a confident margin return associated with HP's 'top end' offering.
You do understand, that stand alone sales, will dwarf the Max bundle sales?
I believe it is fair to conclude, that the first US Dragonfly Max's will not dispatch until the 2nd week of July.
Therefore, I suspect the initial Elite order, due to dispatch in the next 2 weeks, will be set to cater for 'individual' sales.
That said, the fact they are not currently on pre order, does make you wonder. (as per @ WilliamD)
Not that i'm expecting a definitive unit numbers, I'd imagine the bod will release a 'dispatched order' ANN.
Be mindful not to focus on the Dragon Max bundle, as the associated individual sale numbers may become irrelevant in comparison.
And, it would be foolish to ignore increasing Max sales, and the inevitability of pending additional OEM partnerships.
Pro hearing aid OEM?
Second HP gaming OEM?
HP TV streamer?
Bio metric based OEM?

And to those, 'production capacity' disbelievers, money talks, and signed purchase orders from HP greatly aid finance terms. (CR's ain't the only option available)
