    The classification is only important in your extremely vivid imagination. Customers will buy whatever is cheapest or most heavily promoted.

    It is abundantly clear that OTC was an ill conceived political stunt that is likely to backfire. The market is already being flooded with FDA Approved junk that work no better than cheap earbuds.
