They should of used different language. But it really has no relevance. The original HP max's were contingent of HP Dragonfly notebook. For whatever reason HP refused to sell these separately in their stores and the delays in the notebook was very unfortunate for NUH. There is no such contingency here. They will be shipping over the coming week or so and my understanding is invoicing will occur on shipment. We can expect some notification and clarification of when these events occur. But is simply one prong, there is still details of the RealTek arrangement to come and potentially other OEMS i suspect. we will know soon.
