it's called a pathway to future sales.
is it that a crazy a thought to engage with a customer 10/15 years earlier than your existing customer profile and make your 200 dollars profit with a view of up selling them at a later date as per their changing hearing needs?
I'm assuming you have a basic understanding of the importance of data to generate future sales?
some may argue Nuheara already has valuable customer data profiles of those nearing an upgraded audiologist hearing solution.
but of course you always know better.
