Soon as we sign the JV and the plan is out there for all to digest - that includes funding and when construction starts etc...



Everyone else who makes HPA better get a wriggle on. No one is even close to funding or construction at all (FYI/Alcoa are) most are still stuck in RnD phase.


I can only imagine that is what is frustrating these other people. tribal to the bitter end.


Soon as its signed, Everyone else will be playing catch up and I will gladly remind them of where their deals are and why its taking so long etc.
