Does anyone else think that this announcement has been fully endorsed by ALCOA and that we may see a JV well before Oct 5, followed very quickly by binding off-takes with end users. I think that this Ann. says so much more than EGR-FYI MOU. Yep, bloody big hint that we are extremely close to the big ones dropping.
