That is a deadline for the current exclusivity period, not a deadline for JV negotiations. I would expect that both parties are working in good faith to achieve an outcome by that date.
In my view the October 5th deadline is, to a degree, inconsequential to the JV negotiations. To me, it is a date I can mark on the calendar by which I should expect a market update.
