This is great news. We knew Alcoa would be fastidious about every single “i” be dotted and “t” crossed. At this point we are clearly in that territory. To avoid embarrassment of a further extension I also expect they have doubled or tripled the time they feel they really need, just as a buffer. Today’s trading shows the impatient taking profits and getting out, being replaced by new blood and optimism. This gives us a great platform to grow until the announcement shoots us to where we should have been months ago. Of course nothing is final until signatures are on the page. But if this were a footy semi final then we’re 7 goals up in the final quarter and never looked so good. Relax, have a beer and enjoy the game. the finals beckon.✨
