There is some really good information below about HPA, it's uses, demand outlook, and much more. It's from another company which has completed a DFS to produce approx 10,000tpa of 4N HPA which is approx half of KRR plans as I understand it.

Interestingly they plan to produce gamma-HPA as opposed to KRR's alpha-HPA so they will probably have some different markets to address. Their feedstock is also different as it's coming from Kaolin so their process (and other challenges) would be different also. More info below:

I do not own or plan to own the stock referenced in the links above. I believe it's important to know the industry and the players to properly evaluate your own investments. KRR is my first and only choice for HPA. I like them for gold as well
