Nice little update that appears to have had the desired effect - to calm the market.

The important thing to note is that some of the major holders are willing to tip $3.75m into this, albeit at $0.10. They don't want to share with others and if you want in you're going to have to buy on market. If donteatme, shift and tukebay are correct (and I have no reason to doubt them given their post histories) then the placement is going to be tightly held and not flipped for pips. All of that to me significantly derisks the catalysts mentioned in the announcement.
