Indeed, whilst its promising that there is now at least a responsible person, if doesn't guarantee substantial progression any time soon akin to the boards previous track history. Hopefully the results of a focussed workforce will outweigh the capital expenditure/share dilution of hi s new position. Makes you think what was going on before... a whole lot of nothing perhaps?
