well the thai rumor was dated 20/9 so that about fits but the price rise was on very low volume and it was worded as a rumor that they had been advised on by an insider so it fits the rise date
I have the exact phrasing on my other laptop so i will post it if i can find it again
the conference was mostly scientific I rang them a couple of days ago and they didn't have any papers they could send me for non attendees
