you can calculate costs based on now 18 months data. Obviously costs still too high, production too low.

if this were a private company it would be wound up by now.

I hit my head against the wall like the picture above how on earth this has not been resolved by now, but anycase, this is my biggest concern. If a $20M plant can not be run profitable or least sorted, who could trust same gang to be funded and operate a $200M plant which, to be honest can only be run by a serious corporate.

unless they associate with some other company with $$$ and capability.
