would Giyani Metals (Botswana) qualify? I don't think they have FTA with USA. Argentina doesn't have FTA however several American companies are established there that look at supplying Lithium to USA....
would EU do the same?
now I understand why Canada is forcing Chinese to divest from their mining companies.
