I think the HPMSM odds are very short, I expect an offtake with some finance involved around the end of the year.
Vehicle manufacturer's and battery makers are very keen to lock in future supplies ASAP from a western supplier that has a FTA with the US. They are aware unless things get moving very quickly there will be a shortage in a few years time.
