Considering the company was spruiking the land alone at $US 33 million at one stage (I believe), selling the whole shooting match for $23 million including the stock and trademarks and business etc is quite a comedown. To throw in the stuff about the rocky soil and harvesting difficulties just indicates how it nowhere near as great an operation as they were always saying....
