I would like to know if the proposed transactions are at arms length from any related parties i.e former Execs or Asia Mark Developments
The SALEs process run by prior management was and is a farce, It was never run as an EOI campaign by a global agribusiness property broker as it should have, i can't seem to find the listing?
If you compare the sales price of a recent Macadamia Farm in Bundy (Aust.) for 100k AUD per acre to HPPs sale price of their Hawaiin Farm just under 6k AUD per acre you have to ask questions.
To say that this buyer was and is the ONLY buyer and its a good deal for shareholders is complete rubbish.
