Fantastic result. Another feather in the cap for the company. Really excited about starting these trials, especially if they are to be conducted at the Fiona Stanley Hospital. I firmly believe the standard of the burns ward is world class which will add further support to the data that comes from the trials.

The previous data included in the announcement Positive Data for RECCE 327 in MRSA Burns Wound Infection. Is exceptional, hence why the Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) has agreed to proceed with phase I/II trials.

· RECCE® 327 antibiotic shows significant efficacy against MRSA (superbug) in treatment of burns wound infection in an animal model

· Wound contraction (healing) - greater than market drug

· Human clinical irritation test - no observable irritation after 24 hour application

it’s actually unbelievable to think of the possibilities that R327 holds. Reading through the data the announcement (test subject rats) it gives me much confidence that the data will be replicated in humans, and that my friends will be a pivotal stepping stone in brining R327 to a possible market drug.
