My humble opinion is that the market is not sure if our find can be economically concentrated, based on the ppm/grade/m, and type of chemistry needed to extract these elements that are not held in ionic clay deposits.
One of the simplest concepts. the cost to get out the ground < above ground value. ....Folk are now taking a step-back-and-see approach what floats to the top attitude.
...and its not so humble either.
