Zeta owns 70% of HRN - and I doubt they would offer a $3m UNSECURED loan to HRN for 8% interest when you can get 5% risk free on a term deposit.
No - I think there is still a bigger game being played here.. Perhaps Zeta trying to form a blocking stake via HRN so that when someone attempts to takeover AME, they can try to leverage a deal to have HRN form part of the consolidation package..
